PREPARING FOR YOUR TREATMENT
It is recommended that you arrive 60 minutes before your appointment to change the facilities at The Spa, relax and enjoy. Please note that late arrivals will shorten the treatment time. We recommend hotel guests to come to The Spa with bathrobes and slippers provided in your room and leave their valuables in the safe in the room.
SPA VIEW
Cher Spa is a place of rest and peace. Please respect all Spa guests' right to privacy, peace and comfort. The spa is a smoke-free zone and the use of mobile phones, personal digital assistants and other personal electronic devices is not permitted. The spa provides towels, slippers, shower caps and all the amenities for you to use during your visit. The minimum age for access and treatments at Cher Spa is 16 years old.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Please let our Spa team guide you in choosing the best treatments for these special times.
ARRIVAL TIME
It is recommended that you arrive 60 minutes before your appointment time to change facilities, relax and enjoy.
The stated time includes your arrival and preparation time before your treatment. In case of delay, we will do our best to adapt to your situation, depending on the availability of the room. Please note that if we are not eligible, your treatment may be shortened.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within six hours are charged 100%.
